So simple you dont really need a recipe but here it is!
Recipe
- 1lb ground turkey or hamburger
- 1 15oz can of corn (drained and rinsed)
- 1 15oz can pinto beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 15oz can of tomato sauce (or leftover marinara sauce)
- 1/2 pck taco seasoning
Simply brown the meat and drain fat/juices. Add the beans, corn, sauce and taco seasoning. Mix and heat throughly.
Ready to eat in 10-15min as tacos or taco salad.
