This is one of the easiest and relatively inexpensive group meals to make.
I’ve been surprised how many of my friends don’t know about it!
We usually always have the ingredients on hand so it’s great for last minute get togethers.
First the sauce:
- *1 family size can cream of chicken
- 1/2 cup almond (or regular) milk
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken.
- Salt and pepper to taste
*I prefer this alternate recipe instead of cream of chicken. I only use half the amount of spices it calls for,taste preference.
Toppings:
- Tomatoes
- Bell peppers
- Green onions
- Olives
- Pineapple
- Chow mein noodles
- Shredded coconut
- Cheese
Serve with 2-3 cups of cooked rice.
I’m not fancy when I serve it and it’s just us 😉
