Hello fellow baby wearers,

One of the number one questions I am asked is how well baby carriers fit inside of the Lily Jade bags.

The Lily Jade Shaylee has been my new favorite style!  I wanted to quickly share my packing tips and tricks with a lillebaby carrier!

First, as I’ve said before, the bag is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve been using it for almost 2 months and just cant get enough! 😍 It has been my go to bag this winter season! I just love the classic black and red contrast colors. Perfect pop of color! It has been just the right size for my two kids and I 🙂

 I purchased a Lillebaby all seasons complete carrier last month for a trip. It has a pretty print placement and has been so easy and versatile to wear!

I purchased a jujube fuel cell to store it in and wanted to share how it fits inside of my current diaper bag.

If I pack the fuel cell in the center part of the insert it does fit! You can even pull it out without the insert coming up with it. However it is a super tight fit so it’s harder to see things that are packed around it and can be a little hard to zip…

I personally prefer to carry the carrier outside of my diaper bag in the fuel cell. When I’m using the carrier I will throw the empty fuel cell into my bag. I have been using the carrier a lot more during errands so I really like this compact storage option that keeps it clean.

If you want to pack the lillebaby carrier,without the jujube fuel cell, into your bag  it is a looser fit but not by much.

The most common way I use the fuel cell is for food inside of our diaper bag. My son has class twice a week and usually finishes around lunch time. I will have veggies, cheesestring, fruit, applesauce and sandwiches packed comfortably inside. He then opens it up and distributes it to himself and his sister.

When the fuel cell isnt packed full there is even room on top for a sweater or swaddle blanket.

Though I love the idea of the carrier inside my bag it has worked much better for me to carry it outside of my bag in a fuel cell!

Other items in my bag:

• Diapers & wipes
• Sippy cup and waterbottle
• Boogie boards
• Glasses
• Gloves
• Jujube medium set piece with activities or snacks
• Hand sanitizer
• 3 small jujube set pieces. 2 for toys and 1 for first aide and chapstick.
• Wallet, keys and phone.
