Hey fellow purse lovers,
I have always been a bag addict! It continues to be apparent with my love for Lily Jade. However this time I wanted to test out a new brand, Newlie co. They have a much better price point and showed great customer service on their social media platforms. Once I saw that the Lily in pewter was on sale I decided it was the perfect time to try it out.
This is the Lily bag! It has a front zippered pocket, back zippered pocket and messenger strap.
The outside material is faux leather with antique brass hardware. It feels nice and durable and all the zippers zip smooth. The pewter color is a fun neutral color for summer as well. My first impressions of the bag were all positive.
Now for the inside! My favorite pocket is the large insulated pocket for snacks. It’s been perfect for cold snacks when we take quick trips to the park or during errands.
The inside has 5 other pockets. The large back pocket is usally for the change pad. Since I carry the Logan and Lenora change pad I put a swaddle blanket in there instead as well as my mommy bag and first aide kit. My 40oz hydro flask fits in the side bottle pocket but its height keeps the bag from being zipped so I keep it on the outside of the pocket.
In the other bottle pocket I have one of my daughters dolls. I keep their ipods and my Logan and Lenora clutch in the middle. Lastly in the two smaller pockets I keep sunglasses, sunscreen, apple sauce and granola bars.
It fits quite a bit of stuff. Even when fully packed it doesnt hurt my shoulder when carried as a purse. That is a huge plus for me!

The messenger strap is a little different than most. It’s adjustable but hooks at the purse straps instead of at either side of the top zipper. It feels comfortable over the shoulder though.

Anyways with all that being said I have really loved it so far! Its leight weight, has good organization, feels comfortable when worn, and easy to use! If you havent tried one of their bags yet you should 🙂
