Hello fellow foodies,
These fried chicken fingers are sooooooo easy to make!

- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
Begin by heating up your coconut oil on medium – medium/high heat depending on your stove. Let heat for 5min.
Get two seperate bowls. Whisk the eggs in the first bowl and mix the flour with the other ingredients in the second bowl.
Dip the chicken pieces in the eggs and then the flour mixture. Fry on each side for 5-6 min.
Tip:Try to use a spatula instead of a fork to help heading stay on better
Line a plate with paper towels and let chicken fingers cool.
That’s it you’re done! Super quick and easy right⁉
My kids love eating these with ranch or ketchup! We usually serve it on top of zoodles with marinerra sauce and have the leftovers with dipping sauce.
Let me know what you serve them with for dinner!
Happy eating,
