Creamy parmesan zoodles

Hello fellow foodies,

We have more garden fresh zucchni than we can handle! .

We love zoodles though and normally have them with regular spaggethi sauce.  This time we decided to spice things up a bit!

The whole recipe takes under 20min.

For all of you trying to use up some of your garden harvest this recipe is a must.  Enjoy! 😘

Ingredients
1 tbs butter
2 cloves garlic,minced
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
2-3 TBSP milk
¼ C Parmesan cheese
4-5 medium zucchini, spiralized
salt & pepper to taste
Diced fresh tomatoes (optional)

On medium heat melt butter in pan and add minced garlic.

Add in cream cheese and milk.

Stir until cream cheese is melted and forms a sauce type mixture.

Stir in the parmesan cheese and zoodles (I used a medium/large zucchni from our garden and spiralized it.)

Cook until noodles are just barely tender and the parmesan cheese is melted.

Garnish with fresh diced tomatoes and enjoy!

My daughter especially is obsessed with zoodles. This is her favorite sauce with them! She can’t get enough! Enjoy!

Happy eating,
