Make ahead smoothies! 

Hello fellow foodies,

Aside from waffles, cereal and the occasional muffin I’m not a big breakfast food person.

We do most of our running around in the morning so I like to do smoothies. Make ahead smoothy bags are a lifesaver.

These two variations are my favorite.

Step 1 – Buy the big bags of strawberries, mangos and mixed greens from costco.

Step 2-(Using sandwhich bags). Bag 1 cup of mangos. Next bag 6 strawberries and a handful of mixed greens.

 Store in freezer.

Step 3-Make single serving smoothies

Mango Smoothie Recipe

1 cup of mangos, 1/4 greek vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of orange. Mix in nutri bullet.

Strawberry spinach smoothie

6 strawberries, handful of spinach, 1 banana and 1 cup vanilla almond milk.
